EmberEats — Effective February 7, 2026

By downloading or using EmberEats ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

EmberEats provides camping recipes and meal planning tools for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish the recipe content outside of the App without written permission from GFAM Labs.

Recipe Disclaimer

All recipes are provided for reference and informational purposes only. GFAM Labs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recipe for your specific circumstances. When using these recipes:

• Fire safety: Always follow local fire regulations, maintain a safe cooking area, and never leave a fire unattended. Keep water or a fire extinguisher nearby.
• Food safety: Practice proper food handling, storage, and cooking temperatures. Ensure meats are cooked to safe internal temperatures.
• Allergies: Check all ingredients for allergens. Dietary tags are provided as a convenience and may not account for all possible allergens or cross-contamination risks.
• Ingredient scaling: Scaled ingredient amounts are approximate. Use your judgment when adjusting recipes.

In-App Purchases

EmberEats offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional content. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Purchases are non-consumable and can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID.

Intellectual Property

All content in EmberEats — including recipes, text, design, and graphics — is owned by GFAM Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Caveat font is used under the SIL Open Font License.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFAM Labs shall not be liable for any injury, illness, property damage, or other damages arising from the use of recipes or information provided in the App. You use all recipes at your own risk.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
