By downloading or using NailMuse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

NailMuse is an AI-powered nail art design generator for personal, non-commercial use. You describe your desired look using text, and the App generates custom nail art designs applied to realistic hand templates.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All nail art designs generated by NailMuse are created using artificial intelligence and are for inspiration purposes only. You should be aware that:

• Results may vary. AI-generated designs are approximations and may not perfectly match your description or be exactly reproducible by a nail technician.
• Designs are suggestions, not guarantees. The final result of any nail art depends on the skill of your nail technician, the products used, and your natural nails.
• Colors may differ. Screen colors may not perfectly represent real-world nail polish colors.

Subscription and Billing

NailMuse is available as a subscription service:

• Price: $9.99 per year
• Free trial: 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Generation limit: 20 AI design generations per month
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All subscriptions are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement

Generation Limits

Your subscription includes 20 AI design generations per month. Each generation produces 4 design variations. Unused generations do not carry over to the following month. Generation counts reset on your monthly billing anniversary.

Content and Usage Rights

Designs generated through NailMuse are for your personal use. You may:

• Save generated designs to your device
• Share designs with your nail technician for reference
• Share designs on personal social media

You may not:

• Sell or commercially distribute generated designs
• Use generated designs to create a competing product or service
• Claim AI-generated designs as original hand-drawn artwork

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NailMuse to generate content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable laws. We reserve the right to restrict access if the App is used in violation of these terms or OpenAI's usage policies.

Intellectual Property

The NailMuse app — including its design, interface, hand templates, and branding — is owned by GFAM Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated nail art designs are created for your personal use as described above.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFAM Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with generated designs, inability to replicate designs in real life, or any issues arising from sharing designs with third parties.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, pricing, generation limits, or features at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
